West of Abdullah Mubarak Development

The West of Abdullah Mubarak Development is a mixed-use development, mostly residential, that spans over 178,300 km², located at the south-west border of Kuwait City in Kuwait. The development project is considered as one of the largest residential developments in both Kuwait and in its surrounding area. Additionally, the development project is part of Kuwait’s strategic plan to supply residents with new modern communities. The final system included over 3,000 manholes, over 160 km of the storm water drainage network, and several culverts.

TB Associates was tasked with the design of water utilities under both steady and unsteady state conditions which included: water drainage systems as well as the design of attenuation tanks.
