Obeidy Villa

Set in the city of Saida in Lebanon, this residential villa was designed to have 4 floors, leading to a total height of 15m. The design process was done in accordance with the highest standards. As part of the implementation of the project TB Associates was tasked with the design of both the mechanical and electrical plumbing as well the design of water utilities, including and not limited to storm water, sewage, and water networks.
