Set in Qatar and owned by Primelands Real Estate, 400 units of villas were designed, each having 3 floors. As part of the implementation of the project TB Associates was tasked with the design of both the mechanical and electrical plumbing as well the design of water utilities, including and not limited to storm water, sewage, and water networks.
