Merging the Prince Mohamad Bin Abdulaziz airport to International Airport

Our scope was to address the needed modifications to the existing airport buildings (land side), in order to merge the old airport to an international temporary airport, prior the construction of the new airport in 2015. The buildings included, in addition to the terminal buildings, the ATC tower, the fire rescue building, and the administration building. TB Associates was tasked with the design of all the MEP of these buildings. The fire rescue building houses, the fire-fighting vehicles, and all their relevant services and maintenance needs were also designed by TB Associates.
