Emirates City  

The project comprises the design and supervision for the construction of the external and internal roads including all utilities, for the new development Emirates City, which consists of residential/commercial buildings, shopping mall, schools and clinics, along Emirates Road at Al Helio area in Ajman with a plot area of 66.5 hectare and population of 100,000 residence.

TB Associates was charged with road and infrastructure design for the proposed road. The design of major road facilities such as: typical cross-sections, pavements, telecommunications and electrical networks and parking layouts were all done by TB Associates' engineers. Additionally, the design of all wet utilities was done by TB Associates' environmental and water design team.
