Al Hamedya City

The project comprises the design and supervision of the construction of the external and internal roads in addition to all utilities of the newly developed Al Hamedya City, in the United Arab Emirates. Al Hamediya City consists of residential and commercial buildings, schools and clinics, along Emirates Road at Al Helio area in Ajman with a plot area of 60 hectares and a population living in 75,000 residences.

TB Associates was tasked with the design of the roads that will be developed in different aspects including the roads’ geometric design, parking spaces, landscaping, hardscaping, markings, signings, utilities, and the general integration with the existing Al Hamedya roads system and master plan.
