Bekaa Sewage Tank
Located in Bekaa, Lebanon, sewage tanks serving a sewage treatment plant were designed to have a height of 15m. TB Associates was tasked with preparing a soil investigation for the proposed area and provide foundation design of the center. Specific criteria were followed to ensure the structural stability and safety of the tanks knowing that its contents might include hazardous material.
The project included a geological and site assessment, sub-soil investigations, geotechnical interpretation, the identification of ground improvements and treatment and the design of foundations for the planned structure.
